33 days to go on Bikini Body Countdown. Don’t you love the feeling of slipping into a pair of pants or skirt that were too tight not so long ago? That’s happened to me 3 times in the past week as I pull things out of the back of my closet, and validates that I’m doing well despite the scale not budging. Weight training really works, ladies!
