Tuby Ruesday

… That is what my co-worker’s young son calls Ruby Tuesday.  Ha ha ha. 

33 days to go on Bikini Body Countdown.  Don’t you love the feeling of slipping into a pair of pants or skirt that were too tight not so long ago?  That’s happened to me 3 times in the past week as I pull things out of the back of my closet, and validates that I’m doing well despite the scale not budging.  Weight training really works, ladies!


Meal Plan Time
1/2 almond butter & banana sandwich 6am
Greek yogurt with berries and granola 9am
Salad w/ veggies, avocado, balsamic 12pm
1 oz. smoked gouda & wheat pretzels 3pm
Three veggie medley 7pm

Workout: 4 mile jog, Weights (legs & butt), Elliptical (30m)
