Good morning, bloggers!  I managed to avoid all the diet traps on my business trip and maintained my healthy eating habits.  This weekend will be a true test – family in town, football game, Labor Day BBQ.  Mmmm.

Daily Meal Tracker – Ginger snap LaraBar for breakfast (not my favorite flavor, but love LaraBars); crackers for snack; Ruby Tuesday salad bar for lunch (LOVE the salad bar); grilled chicken, peas, and milk for dinner.
