Busy Tuesday

48 hours of healthier eating and I feel so much better physically.  Hooray!  It’s going to be a busy day and leaving for a business trip this afternoon, but hope to find a local jogging trail tonight so I don’t miss my workout.

Daily Meal Tracker:  Green monster smoothie for breakfast, almonds and raisins for snack, 2 small slices homemade pesto & sundried tomato pizza for lunch, Ruby Tuesday white chicken chili and salad bar for dinner.
