Back to Blogging

My husband thinks my blog is counter-productive by making me focus on food all the time.  I haven’t blogged in over a week and have been going a little sugar-crazy, so I think it’s time to get back to business.

I tried Yoga today.  I had tried it once before and was overwhelmed by my complete inflexibility.  But at the encouragement of my work friends, I decided to try again and it was much better this time.  I think I might have to add that to my Tuesday routine. 

Daily Meal Tracker:  Banana with wheat bread for breakfast, 1.5 large cookies for snack, Lean Cuisine pasta and wheat roll for lunch, apple for pre-run snack, pork chop with potatoes and milk for dinner.

  1. Hey there! It’s true that blogging can definitely make me focus a lot on food too…I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or a bad thing sometimes, haha 🙂 Glad you enjoyed the yoga class…keep at it and you’ll definitely increase your flexibility! Have a great night 🙂
