Tip of the Day

When eating out, portion control is key.  Ask for a to-go box with your meal so you can pack up half before you start eating.  I tend to eat whatever is in front of me, especially when I’m enjoying myself and ingorning the clues that I’m getting full, so this trick keeps me from over-eating.  This also leaves you with a great meal for the next day, so it helps both your waistline and your wallet.
