Are you sensitive to gluten, or just want to cut back on your carb intake? Unless you’re a pasta addict, cutting carbs is actually pretty easy. First, buy some Boston or Bibb lettuce and use this for sandwiches, wraps, tacos, etc. I ALWAYS have this in my fridge!
Next, take a closer look at what you’re eating and what you can substitute. Have cereal every day for breakfast? Try a fruit smoothie or eggs instead. Finally, read all labels and know what you’re eating. Candy, cookies, frozen entrees, and other processed foods are loaded with sugar and processed carbs that you don’t need!
