Tip of the Day

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult or time-consuming.  Stock a few of your favorites and cook in bulk, then use them in different ways to add variety.  For example, we like to cook a large flat-iron steak about once a week, then use it for several meals; first we’ll eat it as an entree steak, then cut up what’s left and add it to salads and in lettuce wraps or tortillas.  Happy cooking!
