Struggling for motivation today.  Tired, sore, and craving junk food.  But I have an abundance of healthy options thanks to my Sunday food prep.  

Daily Meal Tracker:  Breakfast was Quaker Oat Squares and grapes; late morning snack of almonds, whole grain crackers with cream cheese, and cucumber salad; Late lunch, small salmon with peach salsa, side salad and homemade orange vinaigrette.  Dinner will be chicken fajitas in lettuce wraps was a smoothie!
