Tip of the Day

Want to incorporate more milk into your diet but hate the taste of plain skim?  Use skim for cereal, smoothies, and cooking, but when you want to drink a glass, add a little bit of coffee creamer.  And for a sweeter, dessert-like drink, try flavored coffee creamer.   It adds only minimal calories / fat / sugar, but tastes so much better than watery skim milk.  Drink up!
